One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor.
