"Jason and his team showed up on time and worked steadily without undue breaks. They were very pleasant and professional throughout the entire service call.
They did the inside work, including removing all screens, on the first day and were very careful not to damage the inside of the house. They also cleaned the roof and gutters on the first day so they could redo any parts of the roof/gutter that did not come clean on the second day.
The second day (Friday) plan was to do the outside window work that required a 32 foot ladder in the sides/rear to reach the windows; wash, refinish, and replace the screens; and replace the outdoor spotlights. However, about halfway through the day, that plan was interrupted by afternoon rainstorms.The team had cleaned all of the rear windows (using the 32 foot ladder), including manual scraping due to the build up from 10 years, before the rain forced them to quit for the day.
Jason worked with Eddie to set up a return to finish as quickly as possible - they wound up coming back to finish the job on Tuesday afternoon. When Jason showed up, he re-washed the exterior of all windows that they had finished on Friday just to make sure that the cleaning job was up to his standards. The team finsihed the exterior windows and washed, coated, and replaced the screens.
Finally before leaving, Jason inspected the entire job with both my wife and myself, stopping several time to correct an issue that he saw with the cleaning job, to make sure that we were satisfied and understood the 7-day guarantee that came with the washing package we selected.
Everything that was done by the Gleam Team is outstanding - the stains on the roof/gutters is gone, the mildew on the door is no more, the windows and interior glass sparkle. amd the screens look brand new.
I will definitely use the Gleam Team again; in fact, I signed up for their annual service on the spot.
