One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were fast and efficient. Definitely use them."

"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. "The ice/water lever on our Samsung refridgerator broke, leving us without filtered water.  The ice we could get by taking out the ice tray and emptying it into a bowl.  I went on line to order the part so I could replace it myself.   After the part arrived, i looked for on line you-tube instructions on how to replace it.  There were no you-tube demonstrations.  So, rather than make things worse, I  found Jose at First Priority Appliance Repair.   We made an appointment for September 3.  He called to tell us he was on his way and he arrived right on time.   He did the needed work professionally and as I watched I was glad I did not try it myself.  It did not take him long to install the new part.  We were, and are, very pleased with his work and will call upon him again when the need arises.  (He was patient with this DIY guy for having ordered the part... he was also glad I stopped before I started, so was I as that would have cost more).  Jose isa very pleasant person and very skilled t his chosen profession.
