At the top of the list is a clear understanding of cost structure. I recognize that companies need to make money I and I am not one to try and dicker over the cost of everything. Natural Stone is as transparent as possible. They will tell you right up front what there costs are for each level of granite. They then send you to their wholesaler where you will know the cost of the counters before you leave the wholesaler. Much better than going to the wholesaler and picking a granite just to find out later that it is way to far out of your budget and then having to redo the process.















In all phases, making the templates, fabricating the stone, keeping us informed of milestones that we needed to keep (ie making sure we had a sink, faucets, etc.) and installation, they keep their commitments.
