Terrible, terrible, terrible work and work ethic. I can?t get them to fix the issues or return my calls. Turf has ?wrinkles? all throughout back yard. Seams do not align. Weeds growing through the seams. It looks like a 5 year old cut the turf. Flavio said, ?don?t worry, we?ll fix everything?and then ghosted me.

Worst experience! Never finished the job and laid incorrect turf and broke 2 windows in my house. Left the job unfinished after I paid $10,000 for this job. Numbers disconnected and company will not call me back. Disgusting

I could not be more disappointed in the job. The turf if pulling away in so many places. The ?seam? that was supposed to fade in time has not changed one bit. It looks like a 2nd grader cut the turf. Flavio Sanchez says he will have someone get ahold of me ? and that has never occurred. Still waiting 3 months later. Flavio Sanchez communicates great, until you pay him. Don?t plan your day around when they say they?re going to work. They may show up, they may not! I?m so disappointed. Choose another company! On a positive note, Biviana, is amazing. She was the ONLY one that gave a rats ass about the quality of work being done. Shout out to her!
