Toni was very helpful and arranged for Delbert and Wesley to come out the next morning. He did a thorough inspection and noticed multiple entry points on my home's exterior. They went up on my 3 story townhome roof, took multiple pictures or areas that needed attention and took time to explain all they found. Turned out that I didn't have an infestation, but I definitely wanted to seal the house. Even though the were a bit more expensive than the other quotes, I felt I was getting great service and the knew what they were doing. They completed the project today, I'm VERY pleased and strongly recommend this company should you find yourself needing help with possible rodents in your home."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
