I was so stressed after my new couch would not fit up the stairway (due to a quick turn of the stairs and a lowering of the ceiling in that area). They carefully wrapped both pieces of my new leather couch, and used ropes to pull my couch up a ladder into the second story through my balcony doors. They were also very efficient!
