It went very well there was a language problem in the beginning two gentlemen showed up but, We were struggling to communicate luckily my brother's girl is Latina and she translated until another person showed up. I can't say enough about this crew of movers well one more thing even though they didn't speak English that well one of the men did and they were all so funny making jokes while still getting it done they made me laugh so, But,More importantly they did there thing and got all of my things up two flights of stairs perfectly. I would hire CHAP'S MOVING COMPANY AGAIN! IN A HEARTBEAT!!!"
