I was so stressed after my new couch would not fit up the stairway (due to a quick turn of the stairs and a lowering of the ceiling in that area). I called 10 other moving companies who couldn’t hoist the sofa. A-1 Professional movers were responsive, caring, reasonable with prices, and quick/effective. They carefully wrapped both pieces of my new leather couch, and used ropes to pull my couch up a ladder into the second story through my balcony doors. They were also very efficient! I am very pleased with their moving services and delighted that my couch is now in my home!
