"I had a contractor come out prior to AM Roofing. The contractor found the problem, gave me a quote. I decided to get another quote as I wasn't satisfied with the repair workup. I called AM Roofing, he set up an appointment and came right over. Went on the roof, showed me where shingles were loose and could be lifted during heavy winds and rains.
