"During the selling process they were great. I asked what could go wrong with such a big project and they said we had nothing to worry about - that our house would be easy. However that all changed when the project started. During the project they broke multiple pipes under our house (one in a wall!) and also cut through our pipes to our pool. They caused thousands of dollars in damage - it makes me simply sick. Our house is in worse condition than before they arrived. Not only do they not have insurance to cover any damage they cause, they offered no apology for the damage. In addition, they were dishonest about the damage and claimed it was there before the work - we had 3 other inspectors and foundation companies review/inspect the project prior to them starting the job and all commented that there were no plumbing issues and that under our house was surprisingly dry. I understand that there is risk involved in this kind of work, but I expected honesty and an apology for the damage. Their crew has zero incentive to be careful on your property as they all know that they are not responsible for anything they break. We are very disappointed in our experience with this group - we could never recommend them to anyone."

Within 24 hours, Ben came out, gave us a written quote with detailed pictures of where our roof was compromised, and had a crew on site in days. "T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."
