"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"He was able to to troubleshoot my problem over the phone. I was told my my another plumber that I needed a auger for my drain on the roof amd he didn’t do that. Dustin called and I explained the problem to him and he walked me through some step to try and the result was I didn’t need anyone on my roof and I really didn’t have a drainage problem after all. He could have came out and charged me but he didn’t. I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dustin and when I do need a plumber , I will definitely call him."

"I received a total of four proposals. Dealing directly with the owner, Carlos, Air Systems by far proposed the best system, yet had the lowest cost. The proposal was detailed, and he responded to our questions promptly. They arrived every day exactly on time. (The installation took 2 days, and fine-tuning was done on the 3rd day.) The crew was professionally dressed, very polite, and knew what they were doing. Attention was paid to cleanliness while performing the work. Drop cloths were laid on all the carpeting and flooring they would be walking on in our home. Carlos was on site the entire time overseeing every detail of the work. The installation was done quietly and on time. Carlos kept me informed of progress. In addition to the required installation, they added some required ducts, sealed duct work, and added extras like float detector, clean out access, etc. They also brought several things up to current code. All within the quoted price. Because of the improvements they made, we experienced some unexpected problems due to clogged plumbing we weren't aware of previously. Carlos and his crew returned each time and spent considerable effort to correct the problem without complaint and at no extra cost. His utmost goal was to have a happy customer. Each workman from this company was professional, neatly dressed, responsive and explained what he was doing if need be. One reason we selected Air Systems is because the technicians have a special certification which we thought would make them more knowledgeable. We would most definitely choose this company again. We were impressed that the owner was involved throughout. He is definitely a man of his word who wants to give first-rate quality of service to his customers -- and succeeded in our book. Because of our recommendation, friends used them the following week for the same service and were equally pleased. There are many HVAC companies to choose from, and some we hear of often through advertisements, etc. But I am sold on Air Systems and would heartily recommend their services to anyone."

In slightly over two weeks they gave me a beautiful new granite counter tops, replaced my old vinyl floor with beautiful ceramic tile floor added a gorgeous tile backsplash and replaced an outdated light fixture over my sink all for just over 10,000 including repairing some major plumbing flaws in my 50 + year old house.
