"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. We had someone come out and clean our ducts and inspect. The tech told us we had mold and a cleaning solution can be used to help. My husband asked follow up questions and he answered a few but after some time of conversation the tech became dismissive and rude. At one point we asked a question and he ignored us and WALKED AWAY. I called to inform management of the fact that we paid for services and were disappointed. We would have paid for further service but the lack of communication was unacceptable. The gentleman offered to come out again but my husband has already re-cleaned what was still DIRTY and it was not needed. Nothing was offered to get part of the service fee back and then who we were speaking to as well became unhelpful and told me “well I’m not sure what you are wanting”. Wasted $200 and time on a worthless company."

What we ended up with was a park-like environment with a new concrete deck, decomposed granite with pavers, and kept a little bit of grass. He also had our side yard redone with new rock and pavers in an awesome design. Our front yard was also cleaned up of old rock and we incorporated grass and rock for a modern design. Everything is much more manageable for us to keep up with than before. We would recommend him and his crew to anyone. The best part was that he showed up everyday by early morning and always made progress. There was never an excuse. The crew worked hard to get everything done. Walter was very dependable and honest with us as well. He always made sure we were on the same page with the design and made things better than the design in most cases just because he wanted to go the extra mile. He took great pride in his work."
