"This was a difficult job the tile were installed at an angle not flat so there was a lot of tile cutting around corners and sides. The job was done to perfection and in the time frame discussed before the job started. The installation price was also substantially lower than the other bids."

"Good job except for a couple of details. During the remodel, I changed my mind on a planned range hood vent which ended up with not proceeding with the ductwork through the ceiling & roof. The new plan was to end the ductwork at the ceiling; however, the ceiling should have been properly protected in some manner, but it was not. The vented smoke will eventually cause some damage & sooner or later I will have to deal with it. Secondly, backsplash tile was not properly finished and/or trimmed in certain areas. But overall, the kitchen remodel looks pretty good."

I had chosen a sink that was delayed in being delivered because of COVD-19. He worked with us on that and got everything done within the time frame he had given us. Seph installed numerous doors and windows, built a small deck, replaced fences and gates, and resurfaced and painted three concrete patios. Israel's crew quickly and expertly installed new laminate flooring, added two concrete driveways, and even helped us install five new window AC units.
