"Arrived more than 30 minutes late. Price was too high for two hours labor. I got a whole set of tires for my car for less. The plumber was very nice but a little sloppy. When finished there were silicone fingerprints on the sink and counter top, and silicone seal all the way around the sink edge. I am scraping and rubbing it off. Also he punched a hole in the bottom of the cabinet although granted the bottom had been weakened by water damage in the past. I did get a â senior discountâ plus 50 dollars off but the price was still too high."

"JoseLuis and his crew were fantastic. We had used in many times in the past when we previously lived in San Antonio. After moving back into town we needed to replace the water heater. The plumbers that the home warranty sent us made sure that the water heater was not going to be covered by the insurance. Then the crooks tried to sell us and overpriced water heater along with a water softener system because they figured had just moved from out of town and didn't know any better. Thankfully JoseLuis kept the same number and we were able to get a hold of him. He and his crew came over immediately and installed new water heater half of the price quoted by the other guys. It's so difficult to find honest, punctual, professional contractors! Naturally when it came to remodeling we called JoseLuis and his crew again. "If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"
