I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ENRIQUEZ AND SON PLUMBING AND REMODELING. They come with smiles and are so nice before you hire them. Once hired things change. I gave him $20,000 (my mistake for paying them the last check before they finished, I trused him, but he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. He took the money left the bathroom remodeling incomplete. I called and called . was told that Enriquez was on vacation. Who leaves a project unfinished and goes on vacation instead. JOE ENRIQUEZ DOES I do not recommend this greedy bozo.

Called JC same day when I noticed my water heater went out and they came out same day too. I was super hesitate to call a plumber from all the negative I've heard about plumbing companies but JC Enriquez Plumbing totally changed my view. They were so friendly, professional and affordable. Wasn't expecting to pay such a low price for a licensed plumber, very happy with their service.

Water heater was $500 more than originally quoted for exact same work. No reliable estimate given, they seem to charge whatever they think they can get away with. They do not itemize. Office workers are courteous and friendly, plumbers are competent, but I would say they are extortionate and will charge you based on your house and what they think your income is.

Unethical Plumber- I guess the plumber jokes are True JC Enriquez and Son Plumbing-DO NOT USE EVER!!! Where do I begin? A leak sprung in my kitchen, prompting Joe to inspect. He swiftly attributed it to the upstairs bathroom, employing forceful tactics, emphasizing the perils of mold and the urgency for removal. Claiming fixtures were unusable and needed replacement, he pushed me into agreement, capitalizing on my medical background and knowledge of mold's dangers. I found myself in a state of panic. Joe told me he had to cancel all his other jobs and use all his crews to complete this job. When I asked about a mold expert, Joe told me it would cost $100,000 and they would have to cover everything in plastic. There is no way I could live like this. After shelling out $13,000, the room was gutted. Instead of needing his whole team it took Joe and Isaac 4 hours and his mold treatment amounted to a mere spray and a dehumidifier. Thatâ  s over 1500.00/hr. I was utterly foolish. Adding insult to injury, he demanded a $400 surcharge for credit card use and omitted my entitled military discount., (written in big letters on his truck.) Refusing to furnish an itemized receipt, he altered prices at will. Joe's conduct is reprehensible. Not only did Joe's actions leave me financially drained and emotionally shaken, but they also left me in a dire situation. With no funds left to redo the bathroom, I'm now faced with the stress of hosting family from out of town for a graduation celebration. With no functional bathroom. Joe's unethical behavior has not only impacted my finances but has also embarrassed me and disrupted our very important family reunion.

Very professional and helpful. Ran in to some issues that made the job a lot more than anticipated due to current code. Took several days but they stuck with it to the final.

Nightmare plumbing cost--Do Not Use JC Enriquez Son Plumbing Remodeling! Quick Summary: These plumbers came for a plugged up toilet and I got left with a $12,600 bill for 2 days work and huge holes/damage in the walls and ceilings of 3 rooms, and also they dumped the sewage in both my trash can and lawn. Stay away unless you want to be left with a bill for tens of thousands of dollars for a plugged toilet line. Details: April 2022--I had a 2nd story toilet plugged and I called JC Enriquez Son Plumbing and Remodeling for what I thought would be a simple snake job. To fix the issue, they ended up having to cut huge holes in the walls and ceiling of 3 rooms, and they kept verbally quoting me higher and higher costs as they continued work. They had to come back a second day, and to finish up by end-of-day, they invited 2 more plumbers, so I was getting charged for the time of 4 plumbers at once, two of them master plumbers who are extremely expensive. Once the cost reached past $2500 I knew I would have to try to make an insurance claim. They gave me a false sense of security saying that they work with insurance companies all the time and would take care of everything. I should have checked with my insurance before allowing these plumbers to do any work, because my insurance later denied the claim and I was left with a staggering $12,600 bill for two days work that I had to pay out of pocket. I would have hoped that responsible plumbers would have had my best interests in mind by encouraging me to check with my insurance company first once they knew the cost was going to be so exorbitant. They offered me no discount or help with the bill once they found out my insurance would not cover it. It was a complete nightmare. Also it is worth noting that when they finally pulled out the plugged sewage from the line, they just threw it in my trash can without even bothering to put it in a trash bag or anything. They also dumped all the nasty sewage water they collected into my lawn, and I did not appreciate that either. If I had thought a simple snake job would turn into a 2-day $12,600 bill, I would have never had them start the work. The drywall repair for the damage they left was another $2500 on top of the plumbing bill for a grand total of $15,100 out of pocket. I am left with so much regret and so many questions--was all the work absolutely necessary? Did they really need to have 4 plumbers working on it at the same time? Could another plumber have fixed the plugged line for less money? Were they honest about what work actually needed to be done and the amount they charged? Could there have been an easier way? Did they intentionally overcharge me once they thought my insurance would be paying the bill? Could not they have offered me a discount once I told them insurance would not cover the bill? I absolutely cannot recommend these plumbers. Stay away, and make sure you know exactly what is and is not covered on your insurance before having work done!

Horrible, Juan left the job site several times to go work on other projects (he told me this himself). Then when asked to submit his work to the City of San Antonio for gas reconnection he said 'i don't to that'. Juan supposedly replaced a gas pipe that was leaking and should have known that he needed to submit to submit paperwork to the City of San Antonio as we need an inspection to have he gas reconnected. He mentioned to me that he is licensed in Tennessee, not in Texas and apparently does not know the process in Texas. I have called Juan several times to ask him to submit. He told me first thing this morning that he had submitted it but after contacting the City of San Antonio it turns out that he had not, so he plain out lied about it. This house is inhabited by my elderly father and uncle and i don't appreciate the run around and unprofessionalism

J.C. Enriquez Plumbing did an amazing job with our pipes bursting under the house. They were professional, excellent at communicating about the problem and their methods, and a valuable asset when dealing with Insurance companies. Will definitely use this company again.

1) I felt overcharged and later when I had to replace my other water heater and payed over $1500 less- i then realized i was overcharged. 2) he left the old water heater on my pipes and cords in the attic and stated it?s not part of his job to remove it when placing a new one. 3) i went to the attic to check for leaks during the rain and it was leaking all around the pipes. (What if I hadn?t checked?). He did come back out and reseal. 4) His son misquotes information, makes the deal and then the father comes behind him and changes the deal and blames it in the ?ignorance? of the son after the work has already been started 5) does not return phone calls
