"It took a second visit to get to the bottom of the problem. Initially, the problem seemed to have been solved. However, soon afterwards, the water began to rise at the top of the toilet and eventually overflowed. Upon the second visit, Ryan removed the toilet and discovered a large plastic object lodged in toilet base opening. At each visit, Ryan explained the options prior to doing any of the work.
