Requested to have lock rebuilt and installed but after hire then mentioned quote was only for rebuild and would charge extra for install.

"Yes, I only quoted you for a lock rebuild, extra work isnt free. You also received a $15 discount that I didnt have to give you because you complained about price the entire time and frankly were rude and short with me. When I was there I offered to install it for $20 and you declined, which is about half my usual rate (only offered it for $20 because I knew you would cry about it if it was any more). You also took it off yourself, took it apart yourself, messed it up yourself (which is illegal without a license btw), then called me to come clean up your mess. You got what you paid for. I drove all the way to you, put your lock back together"

He came out the same day I called him like I wanted , took care of my problem and was $60 cheaper than the first place I called. Was quick , took care of my problem and I am very satisfied.
