This company is a scam. I hired them for the $99 air duct cleaning that was supposed to be with a HEPA vacuum that sucked the dust out of the vents. The two guys showed up a shop vac from Home Depot, ran it for 10 minutes and were done.

They pulled a bait and switch on the price. They originally quoted $100 for a dryer vent cleaning service. Then the technicians get here and look at the vent and now the new quote is $250. The technician says that it required a deep clean? vs the ?standard cleaning?. I called the customer service line and asked them to explain why this was not in the original quote and I got an explanation of it requires more work and the technician said it is clogged.? I asked why the estimate did not include ?standard vs deep? and did not get an answer. Then I told the technician that I did not want services and he said that I would have to pay the $100 because they already cleaned and showed me a picture of a dust bunny next to their vacuum and said that this was part of the standard cleaning service?. I had to speak with their supervisor and after a whole lot of run around he finally said that if I did not want the service then there would be no charge. As the technicians drove off he cursed at me and my wife. I can not believe that this company is Angi certified.

Did a good job except they didn't get all the stuff in the ac ducts. Kinda of expensive for 1 hour of work . Not being a shopper ill use them again.

The cleaning and inspection was a great deal! However, the handy man they sent tried to convince my husband our chimney was missing ceramic panels. They sent us a quote for $2k! Our style of chimney is missing NOTHING. This is a standard style of metal fire box that has never needed a ceramic tile box. This is a new house to us so I feel like the chimney sweep tried to take advantage of us by telling us our chimney was missing ceramic tiles to keep us safe or it would risk starting a fire in the walls.

Hired them to clean my fireplace and they did a great job.

My air ducts and fireplace/chimney were past due for cleaning. The two brothers did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

The service provider went the extra mile to get our clog unplugged. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and explained what he was doing and why our vent became plugged. I highly recommend this business.

They charged $100 for a visit that took about 10 minutes and didnâ t do the estimate that we hired them to do. Apparently the person that initially took info did not relay the appropriate information to the technician that made the service call. Poor communication and over priced services.

Super professional would definitely use these guys again.
