"The process of remodeling our primary bathroom with Hill Country Tub & Shower was a pleasure from start to finish! We received a quote from another business first and that businessâ  s high-pressure and condescending sales tactics almost turned us off to remodeling entirely. Travis and John were a delightful breath of fresh air. John is the owner and we could tell he and Travis knew the work and had the experience. They also spoke so highly of their installers, by name. Our project took 5 days and everyday, they cleaned up, even vacuuming!! Evan and his helper (apologies, we canâ  t remember his name), worked quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated on the progress, and showing up when they said they would! We were apprehensive about how painful the process was going to be after just having our downstairs floors replaced by another company. The team at Hill Country Tub and Shower, though, made the entire process a breeze! No pain at all! We love our new bathroom and are eagerly looking forward to having them remodel our other bathroom next year. Remodel Details: They completely remodeled our teeny tiny primary bath in a 1960s house. The shower pan had leaked into the primary bedroom so the bathroom sub-floor had to be replaced. They also moved a wall to expand the shower stall. We also had their drywall guy repair and texture the walls and ceiling in the primary bedroom."

"mr. gonzalez did a great job selling me me on Statewide Remodeling doing the work. Only comment I have is with the restocking fee of 25% to change my mind. i got sold on the project but had second thoughts about cost. Presentation was so good that i ignored my business sense and didn't take a day to debated it to myself. I was going to delay the project but that restocking fee of $5000 was too high a price that I was forced to pay to simply say "wait" not cancel. It's legal and rightly so to demand it but it is a bit high considering a great company should have no trouble using materials on another job. If I'm asked by a friend if I recommend Statewide I would have to relate my experience with them. Only reason I rate your company a four star,not five. Finish job gets a five star rating."

"Joe Valdez of Windmill Heritage Contracting personalized the remodeling services I needed so that I did not have to move out, although the work was throughout the house. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!"
