Kip Sterling was the lead project coordinator and he and his crew did an awesome job of installing a total of 31 segmental steel pressed piers around the exterior of the foundation and 5 piers installed though the slab floor inside the home. Upon completion, all the interior cracks virtually disappeared overnight. Our home is now firmly anchored in bedrock on all sides of the home. It’s not moving anywhere ever again! Amazing job all the way around. They have a lifetime transferable warranty in place and the price was very affordable, considering the size and scope of this job. "At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. "I found a good sized crack in my floor when I pulled up the carpet for new flooring. I called Herculese Foundation out of Austin and made an appointment. They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. I was very relived that I was not facing a large repair bill and now I continue with installing new flooring."

"Could not have been more pleased- professional, honest, on time. Scheduled an appointment in Sunrise Beach, TX as we had cracks in tiles in a 4 year old home on a slab. Steve arrived early for our appointment...how often does that happen?. He did thorough inspections of the exterior, & interior and shot elevations of the interior. His conclusion was there was no structural problem for them to work on and he made suggestions for us to address soil expansion & shrinkage problems that could lead to problems in the future. Also explained that now that they have existing elevations for a baseline, they could later come & recheck to see if anything changes. He gave us a copy of the plan with elevations for our files. All of this was done for no charge. I highly recommend if you think you have a foundation issue and want to get an honest assessment."
