Kip Sterling was the lead project coordinator and he and his crew did an awesome job of installing a total of 31 segmental steel pressed piers around the exterior of the foundation and 5 piers installed though the slab floor inside the home. Upon completion, all the interior cracks virtually disappeared overnight. Our home is now firmly anchored in bedrock on all sides of the home. It’s not moving anywhere ever again! Amazing job all the way around. They have a lifetime transferable warranty in place and the price was very affordable, considering the size and scope of this job. "At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. I still need to do cosmetic repair cover the cracks but that is easy thanks to Allen Alexander and his company"

"Met with John & Brent as site. After evaluating the job, John sat in his truck & prepared his quote. In addition to the basic "leveling"' of the house, John included additional services such as leveling the front & rear porches & removing "exposed" foundation for front porch. I reviewed their quote & actually "studied" their quote then call John. Over the phone we negotiated the services & price & came to an agreement. Bats required a 10% deposit or down payment with a balance due upon finalization. They do charge a service fee for using plastic but in my case, the deposit was not too much so the fee was waved. Their agreement is one 8-1/2 x 15 page; very simple & straight forward. Basically its a quantity listing of the services with the math extended to illustrate the total cost of services.Very little "legalese." While I was still "considering" their services, John called me with an opening in their schedule. We came to an agreement over the phone & they started a week later. John explained that his crew would start on Monday & finish three days later... They did. I visited the site & noon on the third day. They were finishing up the extra services with temporary supports in place under the house while concrete dried. Very satisfied with Bats Foundation Repair."
