He then got to root of our issues a leaking drain pan. He unclogged the drain pipe, explained to me how it got so backed up from algae in the drain pan. He put some tablets in the pan to dissolve the algae. David was very professional and courteous and thorough with his service. I’m very happy with Spencer and the courtesy service that they always provide and since this was a retrip call we were not charged. What a blessing!
