Installation went very well. Installers were nice, courteous and professional. I can't say enough about how well they all worked together from the Owner to the sales rep, to the installers. I would definitely use them again, if I ever needed to.

Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs.

It worked quite well for us. They come every six months and check the system. As far as the installation was concerned, they did it pretty quickly. They took care of our system quite well.

I am happy with them and I have used them multiple times. They were responsive. The technician that came out I think pretty highly of him at this time.

My wife got home from a trip to find that he HVAC system was out. Southern Air came out, diagnosed that the system was having major issues (it was an old system so we knew we would have to replace it soon), and said they could install a new system the next day. We were amazed that we could even get someone out on another hot July day in Texas. They not only came out promptly, they put in a new system the next day. Amazing!
