"I found Metro Air, as a "Big Deal"- an A/C check for $49, which was a good deal, especially since I hadn't had anyone look at it, in quite some time. They called an hour before the scheduled appointment, as it was a rainy morning, and they can't take accurate readings if it is raining. We agreed to proceed, and Terry(the owner) told me they would be out in an hour. In exactly one hour, Terry arrived, with his guy Chris, and they were able to not only get the check in, but bring the unit up to snuff. It was low on freon, and they found a bad capacitor.  They were very professional, and knowledgeable, and concerned about keeping my place clean. They put on shoe-coverings, while they were inside.
I would not only use them again, I would happily recommend them to anyone.

"This is a review for multiple visits that I have had recently. I highly recommend Minuteman Heating and Air. Donovan, Monty, and Lance have been to my home multiple times recently for issues that I have been having. They are courteous and professional. They showed great care with my home and explained everything along the way. Donovan has done routine maintenance and tuneups for me. He addressed some issues. He was sure to show me what the issue was, what needed to be done, and what the alternative was. I was not pressured into anything and I appreciate being shown the problem area. Monty helped walk me through choosing a new HVAC system. Once again no pressure and shown all of my choices. Lance and his crew came to remove the old system, install the new system, and thoroughly clean out the air ducts.
