Mars has sent a number of different people here to try to fix it, but it still does not work. This is complicated by the fact that Mars has experienced SIGNIFICANT turnover since early 2022 and every time I someone is sent out here, that person is no longer around after a few months. They are now refusing to send an electrician to fix an electrical issue with the generator, claiming it is no longer under warranty. HUH? It hasn't worked properly since being installed. It would have had to work properly for the warranty to even kick in. Just stay far away from them! Any company that has that much turnover has major issues with management, which doesn't speak well for how the business is run."

"I would give them a zero if I could. Fraudulent company. Rated F by BBB with 19 complaints in last 12 months and an “Urgent warning” for “ pattern of complaints” issued in July. Schedule for $99 cleansing teaser, they of course gave me a higher quote. I understand most of the companies do that. Asked for a $700 deposit to get on the schedule quickly since we were leaving town and needed to get it scheduled quickly. The office was going to call to set. After not hearing from them and multiple calls to them, each time they tried to set the original estimation appointment. Asked for the manager and was told they would call me back 4 times. Disputed the charge on the credit card. They responded and fraudulently manufactured an invoice for labor. I ended up having the work done with someone else and will get the charge dropped. One of their employees even commented “ yes, we get a lot of these calls.”"
