They service all of my appliances. They send out whoever is available at the time. They have different people that come out. I made an appointment for the air conditioner to be serviced. The service was free, They check the heat and the air conditioner around the same time of year. I pay a monthly fee of $59.99 for having this service. The home warranty service fee is $59.99. Usually when you make a call there is a one time fee of $60 when they come out. I didn't have to have a fee for that. The warranty plan takes care of all of my electric and appliances. When they come out to service sometimes, you have to pay like $60, if they don't fix the problem they have to come out again. I recommend that they should have the same person rather than a another person that come out to look at it. The first person might come out and say that you need this, and the second person may say nothing is needed. I like dealing with the same person when I have a problem. I guess they are consistent. They make sure that your problem is resolved, but sometimes you have to keep paying to get the problem resolved. The price seem reasonable. Sometimes I can't get them. If it's a weekend you have to pay double. I had to wait until Monday. One time my refrigerator broke down and I couldn't get service right away. I did not like that. They were very professional.

Nothing stood out. I hope that they can work on the contractors that they hire. It always costs them more than a visit to fix one issue. I would not use them again if I can avoid it.

They were okay. The cost and responsiveness were not good. I would not use them again.

Very well. Andrew and Adam were prompt, courteous, professional and understanding of my concern that my pets be disturbed as little as possible.

On 3/7/2016 (after working on getting this done over months - counting the wait time)
I spoke moments ago with ZZZZZZ @ Sears Home Warranty
Support she was not able to send me via
email the confirmation number of my cancellation of the service (she said my
cancellation is coming in the postal mail by this time this is the 3rd person weI have talked to about cancelling the service and stopping the charges to wife's credit card).
If we were valued customers of Sears we believe we should have received
an immediate email confirmation with our confirmation number and we are
discontented with Sears not having notated in our account back in November/December of 2015 that we
requested cancellation during a service
visit for our Refrigerators (both of which we purchased from Sears) . Our request
was for the cancellation for in the future to get the payments stopped at the
time the policy would renew. Renewal timing was not communicated to me on
3/1/2016 and with today's call it had the appearance that the cancellation was
for non-payment rather than per my repeated request.
We are very disappointed and frustrated that Sears didn't
handle our request back on last year in 2015 nor 3/1/2016 (on 3/1/2016 using
16)the excuse that wife was not on the contract even though her credit card
was in use for the monthly payment. That
policy should change for the credit card owner paying the monthly payment. It makes sense that the payer should have
rights to make request regarding payments being applied to their credit card or
whatever source of payment they are using to pay for the warranty service.
If Sears has a problem with the payer not being
the same as the name on the contract then there should have consistency in the organization
policy and not allow a different name to be the payer than what is on the
contract.
It appears that Sears organization only uses the email
feature when it's convenient and for the benefit of the organization and not
when it's a convenience for the customer.
We have bought many Sears products especially appliances
based on our purchasing history with Sears.
We will not be returning to do business with Sears going forward.

I Joey Garza from Sears came out to set-up AC system replacement. Joey told us that what sets Sears apart from Lowe's and Home Depot is the lack of outsourcing of the work. He told us that a Sears van with uniformed Sears employees would deliver and install our unit. A project manager named AJ called to talk with my wife to confirm the day and time. We had set-up for Saturday 5-23 to start between 8-10. At 1045 I received a call from Innovative Air stating they had picked up my unit and were on the way. They arrived around 1130 and of course were not from Sears as they told me on the phone who they were. No Sears van, no Sears uniforms. They were very nice and very professional this is not a complaint about Innovative Air, had I known who would install it I would have gone directly with them. Joey Garza came to the house about 2-230ish to see how things were going. HE came in and looked at the inside unit. While he was inside I stated "I thought you told me that Sears employees would be doing the install." He shied away and mumbled "oh well these guys are good." He then went outside and straight to his car, never saying "goodbye, kiss my {grits} or anything." The AC works fines, however for the degree of service I was promised I feel very gypped, they pulled a big time bait and switch on me. I could have saved money but thought that it would be better to have fewer parties involved in the process. Do not hire Sears.

They barely vacuumed the outside of the vents. I never saw them
take the return down and clean in there. The dryer vent was only cleaned through
the back of the dryer. They did not want to go outside and suck any of the dirt
out. I had to call the office to make them to that. Horrible service. Never will
use Sears again.

They did a very decent job. I was happy with their work. It was under warranty, so there were no additional charges for the repair work. I was happy with that!

They responded pretty quickly to my request for an estimate. The salesman was came out when he said he would. He was professional and courteous. I had already gotten an estimate from the company that was currently servicing my unit and that I had become very disappointed with and Sears beat their lower-end offer. However, I also got another offer from a small, independent person that was cheaper than Sears, but for a lower SEER rating. I went with Sears because of the repeated problems I have had with my previous systems for numerous years. I thought if I upgraded with a better company, things would work better, plus I have bad allergies and hoped this would help. After I signed with the salesman, I was told the Project Coordinator would call to schedule the install; his assistant called to say he would call. I'm not sure, but I think he was waiting on the 3-day right-to-cancel time to pass. After getting another estimate, I did call him, to let him know that I was definitely going with them and needed them to get started ASAP. The install had to be delayed for a day due to the weather, but after that, the installers showed up when they were supposed to. The installers were professional and courteous as well. Everyone explained everything that was going on, and the installer showed me how to work my system.

Sometimes you get a really good service person, and sometimes you get a really lazy service person. The service is inconsistent.

They were excellent. They were very helpful, professional, and did what needed to be done. They even put a tape up there. He educated me to make sure that I knew to put a screening door to put on the vent. He was always punctual, I highly recommend him.

It was wonderful. They were very professional, courteous, and punctual. They explained everything thoroughly so we could understand. I would recommend their services to anyone.
