James and Micah went punctual and very well mannered. They explained everything clearly. They work honest & professional, I will definitely use them in the future!

They were excellent. They had it for three days because, they had to put the Ozone thing on it and let it sit. They also cleaned it. I had them do the cleaning first and then I took it back for the Ozoning. The second visit took three days. They came out and did the cleaning. It was done when he said he would be. They do great work with cloth and leather.

Joe / Ryan arrived on time. Very professional. Tile was cleaned last time. Not needed this trip! Doiggs was used last year also. Did good job then too. Highly recommend them!

They sealed the grout in the heavy traffic area of the floor. They are professional and courteous. I've used them before for the whole house and they did great then too.

We had used Doigg's a few years ago, and had very good results.This time we were not as impressed.

One guy came soon after we called to give us an estimate. Very professional and competent. Pri. ce seemed kind of high, but we had never had a carpet stretched before so were not sure how much work was involved.

Two guys came to do the work at the appointment time. They explained what they were going to do and how the stretching would work. It took about 2 hours to move furniture, stretch the carpet and move furniture back. Seemed like they worked hard and definitely did a good job.

After that they started on the cleaning. Shortly after they started the lead guy told us he had an emergency call and needed to be gone for a while to take care of it. The helper continued to clean. He seemed to get done very fast, and we were not sure he did a good job cleaning. The lead guy did not come back.

All together we are not sure we got a good job on the cleaning, although the carpet stretching was done well.

They are excellent. I was debating on whether or not to tear out the old carpet in my newly purchased house. I decided to try cleaning it. It came out like new. Awesome.

This is the third time we have used Doigg. They did a great job. I would use them again.

The telephone contact was very friendly and professional. She was able to give us a price estimate and schedule the cleaning for the next day. The technician called and asked for permission to arrive early. He worked for three hours, longer than we both expected I think, and he was very competent and professional. The 20 year-old sofa and 10 year-old carpet came out looking great. On the day after, they called to ask if we were satisfied and say they come back to spot treat any areas that wicked up within 10 days.

Joseph was on time and did his job very professionally.

James did a good job! The scheduling was well done, the company called the day before, and james prior to the 9 am visit. I showed James around the house. He shared some technical carpet cleaning details with me. We discussed price as I did have a quote. He vacuumed and cleaned the carpets. There were a couple of tough stains and high traffic areas that were cleaned very well. There were 5 spots that were stained and the stains were diminished but not removed, James pointed them out to me. Two were very small spots an eighth of an inch across, one was the size of a large pizza and was cleaned as well as it could be. the other two were insignificant as well. Anyhow I am satisfied, plus i received two free bottles of cleaner! I tipped James because he was there for some time.

This carpet cleaner was great from the start. They were a bit pricier than some companies I contacted but worth it. I guess I am basing this on the fact that there are a lot of coupons and and quot;specialsand quot; out there that offer deep discounts. We had three bedrooms, a family room and small hall done.
The customer service person who took my initial call was professional and courteous. I was given an approximate quote of the cost which was very near what it actually came out to be. She set up a time for me on the exact day that I needed it and worked with me on my time frames. We were moving into a new house and needed the work done before our furniture arrived and our window to get this done was limited. The man who showed up to do our work was on time, he was neat and well groomed and professional. He called about 30 minutes out to let us know he was on the way. The work took about 4 hours and he was on his way. He even gave us a bottle of carpet cleaning fluid as a house warming gift. The next day I got a call from their customer service person who was checking in to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
I am very pleased with the outcome of our carpet and the price was well worth it. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them again.

They were on time. They pretty much did what they said they were going to do. The price was good. Overall, they were okay with the job.

We use them very frequently so I know their prices are fair. They're very friendly and prompt. And, their work is excellent.

The lady on the phone who scheduled the appointment was professional and helpful.
The crew called about fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment time to say they were delayed in traffic and were seeking an alternate route. They were at the house within 5 to 10 minutes after the original appointment time. I very much appreciated the call.
Upon arrival, Joseph looked at the work to be done and gave me a quote which was very close to the estimate I had been given over the phone. He and his aide were very nice and professional. They estimated when they would have the job completed and went to work.
Before they left, Joseph checked to make sure I was pleased with the work and told us how to speed the drying process and when we could use the chairs and move furniture into the rooms.
We are VERY PLEASED with the results. The chairs are bright and new-looking and smell great. The carpets all look new again. Everything smells fresh and clean.
We will definitely call Doiggs the next time we need upholstery or carpet cleaned -- and we will request Joseph and his aide again!

They were very quick to respond, we didn't want to leave it very long because of the water and the mold. They were out here within a couple of hours trying to dry stuff off. They were very professional and very nice. They've also cleaned our grout but I don't remember when that was. They've always done a really good job. They've been punctual and always called to say they were coming. They've always showed up when they were supposed to. They've even come back to do extra work that we asked about while they were here so they've been very accommodating.

They were prompt and did a good job. They were nice and friendly, too.
