It was great. Derek cleans the vent from the dryer to the roof, including going on the roof and checking the vent cover etc. He is a complete professional and you can set your clock on him he's one time! I have used him twice so far. He is not the cheapest, but he is reasonable for the quality of his service. When you search on line his expertise and reliability is worth the few dollars more than the really lowest.

I have had my dryer vent cleaned by Derek in the past. When I used other services, I was not pleased in the methods used to clean my vent which goes practically two stories high. The job was done promptly, quickly, and professionally. I will definitely hire Dryer Specialist again.

Excellent JOB.    I have not used the vent since the side of the house was repaired over a year ago and I could tell it I  did not have proper air flow.   Derek had a hard time getting the air flow and had to use special equipment he hasnt used in a long time.  he did not charge me extra  and pulled out some hardened lint.  It took him over an hour but he got it done.  He was very professional, courteous and I felt completely comfortable having him in the house. Its noce to be able to use my dryer properly again.   He will also add me to his mailing list so I get reminders each year to have it done.  Thank you angies list!!  Why didnt I use you the time???

Quick , easy , painless. He was done in about and hour. Our dryer works like a brand new machine.

What was particularly impressive was that when the dryer stopped working, he came out free of charge to check and make sure there was nothing on the roof clogging the dryer.

He was extremely professional, considerate, efficient and definitely cost-efficient.
