They came to my home on February 1, 2017, I was told that they would order the part when they got back to the office. It would take 7 to 10 business days to get in from the manufacturer on the 10th day February 15, 2017, I called, the office manager said she would have to check with the repair man. The next day I was told the part was delayed. So I called back every week On March 29, 2017, I called, the part was not there and I stated that I spoke to the other repair center that works on my machine and they have the part. So I informed them that, If they could get in the next 7 days I want a refund. They ignore the remark and tell me that the parts do come from Europe and it takes a while. So I wait Calling back every two weeks, On May 19th I call the maker of my washer and tell them how crappy the service is and I never want any one but Meile working on the machine, even if their 3 parties can get to my house faster. That same day I get a call that the part has come in and they will be at my house on May 22, 2017, That is 15 weeks and 3 days I did not have a washer. So on May 22, 2017, they come and install the part. However, the two additional parts I had them order to make my machine in 1st class order were not brought. So I asked about them and the repair man tries to tell me I did not order the part, but I know I did. So I pull the 1st invoice and there it is. So the parts get ordered. On May 23, 2017. Several more week past. While I would love to blame this company for the delay, I am at fault for this delay. I could not waste any more vacation time on this issue but I finally call the parts are in and we schedule for July 28, 2017. on that day their repairman comes fixes the washer. But the part for the dryer is missing. so I ask about the dryer. I am almost rude insisting That I did not order that part because I was going to fix it myself. The repairman said he would gladly order the part for me. Even though that is not how I operate, and since spending $500,00 plus dollars what is $70.00 more. and since I am remolding my house while would I add to my work load at this point. So he then presents me with a bill for $76.00 and can not explain to me why I owe more money. so I write him a check. at this point, he becomes hostile because I had lost my drivers license. at this point, he visible shank ken and very confrontation and he told me that he could not take my check since I do not have my ID. so I said the if it is an issue bill me and I will mail cash your guys. That just ****** him and he threatened to remove the part, but he backed down by saying it just too much work. so the missing part I let the issue drop but I knew I was right and felt cheated. So on August 1st, it hit that I need to get this mess fixed. so I pull the invoice there it is dry I did not order I paid for back in February. I call the company and they need to look into it. So on Aug 4th I called back and spoke to the office manager. She is nice enough but gives me a song and dance about how to add the dryer part made it confusing, However, She agreed with and said she would order the part herself and they would make it right. So we will see if it gets fixed and when. Now back to the repair man well 1st when came to my house back in February in made a remark about how over priced my machine was and basically said I wasted my money. ever visit from that point has gone down hill and I do not want him back in my home. Especially when he threatens to remove the part he just put in. I also have an issue with having to pay for the shipping of my parts, that a cost of doing business and they can write the expense off on taxes. All I know is I contact the manufacturer of my washer and told them that they should drop this company for 3rd part repairs and I will also wait for Meile's repair folk because it would at least be done by now.

Serviceman (Don) showed up at scheduled time and removed top of washing machine to inspect the bearings. He stated that the bearings were bad and would need to be replaced. The bearing kit and other parts would have totaled over 700.00 plus another 400.00 in labor so I decided to just buy a new washer to replace my 13 year old meile.

Overall the expire nice was fantastic. The technician was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and informed me that my service call fee would be waived if the unit failed within the next thirty days. I would recommend Appliance Fixx Air and Heat again.

Our refrigerator died while we were out of town. We called Appliance Fixx the next day; even though they are not in Dallas, they had a repairman in the area that day and were able to work us in. It turned out that the compressor was fine, just a part that activates the compressor had failed. He repaired it on the spot.
However, that part failed a week later! Must've been a manufacturing defect. They company scheduled and sent the repairman out again -- it took some time -- and he replaced it again with no additional charges. It has been fine since.

The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.

My gas stove continuously kept clicking and we couldn't turn it off.  We unplugged the stove and called appliance fix.  They came out the same day and surprisingly the problem was not occurring anymore when they plugged the stove back on.  He said he could replace the burner but his hunch was that water had dripped on the burner and had caused the problem.  He told me next time to just unplug, clean the burner and then turn on.  He was fare and didn't automatically offer to replace burner. I did have to pay $75 fee for them to come out.  I will use this company again.

After seeing on Angie's List that they served Grayson County, in which I reside (the City of Sherman), and calling on 12/30/13 and setting up an appointment at my address for 12/31/13 between noon and 5PM, I was called by a representative on 12/31/2013 around 12:30 PM and told that I lived in a non-service area so they would not be coming out.  I was then given a phone number to call by the rep. of another service company that serviced Samsung washing machines,but the company she provided me the number to did not service my brand of washing machine, as she told me they did.  She did call back later with another company to try, which I had already found on my own.
Please do not state that you service an area, make an appointment with an address given, and then cancel the appointment at the time of the appointment!

I was called by the owner on 01/07/14 and he explained that it was a mistake on thier part and apologized so I am up grading my ratings.

The repairman called before he arrived.  Ricardio was  punctual, curteous, and professional.  He knew what the problem was and had it repaired in about thirty minutes.  I will use them in the future and would recommend them.

They did great. Parts had fallen off the ice maker. I tried to fix it myself, but decided to call someone.  Both of the customer rep people I spoke to were very personable and professional. They gave me a 4 hour window for when they would get here, called from the truck when they were 20 Minutes out. In about 30 minutes Carlos was able to reinstall the parts. It is now working perfectly.

It went as I expected, which is a rare event these days.  Seriously.  I called Appliance Fixx, they were knowledgeable and polite, gave me an appointment.  The service man was on time, knowledgeable, polite, and clean.  He did the job quickly and cleanly.  There was no effort to sell me anything else or make an excuse for being late.  (he wasn't)  There was no trash talk about the competition, or his co-workers etc.  This was me second appliance to have repaired by them and I will call them the next time.

I would recommend this company to ANY ONE!  The repairman was on time, courteous, clean (even took his shoes off and put on disposables) and well groomed.  I called to have my dryer heating element replaced.  While doing that the repairman checked my washer and found the agitator pins had broken which prevented the agitator from working properly.  Not only did he replace the pins, but cleaned out/washed out the laundry softner container on the agitator (this is a top load washer) and checked everything else.  He also showed me how to check to insure the dryer vent screen was working properly (to prevent another heating element burn out) and how to prevent the washer agitator pins from breaking again and how to keep the laundry softner dispenser from getting gummed up again and consequently not doing what it was intended to do.  He worked for over an hour, vacuumed behind and around the appliances for me, put them back and wiped them down.  Absolutely amazing - I was over the top impressed.  And I've not had a problem since with either the washer or the dryer. 
Great, great experience and very reasonable on the cost.
My appliances are Maytag/Whirlpool, and they had the parts right on the truck!

Our sub zero was flashing error codes which had me very concerned even though the temperatures inside were constant...you don't really want to wait very long before servicing a $9000 appliance that is built into the cabinetry!
Rubin Armendariz was the service man and he came promptly within the allotted time frame and called first so that I would have time to put my dogs up. He spent extra time explaining the ins and outs of this appliance and fixed everything quickly and easily. Note to self: when you get the floors refinished, don't forget to clean the refrigerator coils afterwards! Would highly recommend this company
