They came to my home on February 1, 2017, I was told that they would order the part when they got back to the office. It would take 7 to 10 business days to get in from the manufacturer on the 10th day February 15, 2017, I called, the office manager said she would have to check with the repair man. The next day I was told the part was delayed. So I called back every week On March 29, 2017, I called, the part was not there and I stated that I spoke to the other repair center that works on my machine and they have the part. So I informed them that, If they could get in the next 7 days I want a refund. They ignore the remark and tell me that the parts do come from Europe and it takes a while. So I wait Calling back every two weeks, On May 19th I call the maker of my washer and tell them how crappy the service is and I never want any one but Meile working on the machine, even if their 3 parties can get to my house faster. That same day I get a call that the part has come in and they will be at my house on May 22, 2017, That is 15 weeks and 3 days I did not have a washer. So on May 22, 2017, they come and install the part. However, the two additional parts I had them order to make my machine in 1st class order were not brought. So I asked about them and the repair man tries to tell me I did not order the part, but I know I did. So I pull the 1st invoice and there it is. So the parts get ordered. On May 23, 2017. Several more week past. While I would love to blame this company for the delay, I am at fault for this delay. I could not waste any more vacation time on this issue but I finally call the parts are in and we schedule for July 28, 2017. on that day their repairman comes fixes the washer. But the part for the dryer is missing. so I ask about the dryer. I am almost rude insisting That I did not order that part because I was going to fix it myself. The repairman said he would gladly order the part for me. Even though that is not how I operate, and since spending $500,00 plus dollars what is $70.00 more. and since I am remolding my house while would I add to my work load at this point. So he then presents me with a bill for $76.00 and can not explain to me why I owe more money. so I write him a check. at this point, he becomes hostile because I had lost my drivers license. at this point, he visible shank ken and very confrontation and he told me that he could not take my check since I do not have my ID. so I said the if it is an issue bill me and I will mail cash your guys. That just ****** him and he threatened to remove the part, but he backed down by saying it just too much work. so the missing part I let the issue drop but I knew I was right and felt cheated. So on August 1st, it hit that I need to get this mess fixed. so I pull the invoice there it is dry I did not order I paid for back in February. I call the company and they need to look into it. So on Aug 4th I called back and spoke to the office manager. She is nice enough but gives me a song and dance about how to add the dryer part made it confusing, However, She agreed with and said she would order the part herself and they would make it right. So we will see if it gets fixed and when. Now back to the repair man well 1st when came to my house back in February in made a remark about how over priced my machine was and basically said I wasted my money. ever visit from that point has gone down hill and I do not want him back in my home. Especially when he threatens to remove the part he just put in. I also have an issue with having to pay for the shipping of my parts, that a cost of doing business and they can write the expense off on taxes. All I know is I contact the manufacturer of my washer and told them that they should drop this company for 3rd part repairs and I will also wait for Meile's repair folk because it would at least be done by now.
