Robert came promptly to a client’s home to repair a broken dryer vent. He initially quoted a price but work turned out to be more complicated. He honored the original price he quoted. That made my client happy and really made me look good too. As a result, I also called him over to clean my dryer vent. It hadn’t been cleaned for years! He also replaced some parts that were broken. Would definitely recommend him to all of my clients & friends.

The owner arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. He installed new rigid venting which was a bit difficult since the old vinyl venting had been twisted and shaped around the outlet which was located directly above the dryer vent. He was able to place it correctly and even repaired the large hole the original installers had made. He left the area much cleaner than he found and even went above and beyond by trying to fix the attic door spring that had popped out of place. Overall took about 2 1/2 hours,

Great service. Came out same day and worked very hard getting on our high roof to clean vent from roof. Moved heavy dryer inside and replaced the old flexible dryer vent with new. Made some suggestions about how to best position the dryer to not kink flexible vent. Also recommended getting a longer power cord. I was very pleased with his professionalism and hard work. Price was fair, with no upselling. Charge with senior discount was as stated.

Answered right away. Came that afternoon. Arrived early. Got down to business. Finished in a timely fashion. Offered to take away old hose. I give him a solid A to A+ on all aspects except professionalism, which he still gets a very strong B to B+, and this is because he is a bit short on words on the phone and in person. He is, however, clearly VERY good at what he does. Don't expect a chatty guy and you will be extremely satisfied. Will recommend to others.

It was kind of expensive but they did a good job. They were geographically close by. They put a device on the vent line that in the future, if it begins to clog up, the sensor will indicate that there's blockage.

Fantastic. If you have not had your dryer cleaned, that is a hazard to your home. My dryer worked so much better after he cleaned it.

Replaced the elbow that was installed sub par by the builder. He went above and beyond and vacuumed the vent from the roof to insure the pipe was free of debris. I believe I will do it again since he did not have access to the attic due to a tile installation in the bathroom, the pulldown stairwell to the attic is in direct conflict with the bathroom door.
