"The young man who cleaned the vents and the HVAC filters in the attic was professional and timely. I'm not an expert in grading this service, but I presume he was thorough. The service took about 2 hours. I gave them a B for only two reasons: they rescheduled several times, and he tried to sell me a $350 seal/sanitize package, which I declined. I do plan to use them for HVAC cleaning twice a year.

"Ruben and Octavio were patient with me in explaining everything they found in the audit, answered my many questions, and ultimately went well above and beyond what I had originally asked them to do, helping to clean our vents. After spotting several leaks in my insulation, causing dust to get into our vents, they sealed them with foam, and went to great lengths to clean-up and leave the house spotless after finishing. These guys are very honest, prompt, and I will absolutely hire again and refer to friends."

"Omar and his crew were awesome! I got a call almost immediately following my search in Angie’s list. We set an appointment for the next day, they gave me a fantastic estimate, and we scheduled for the next week. The crew showed up right on time, set up protective equipment for my house and got right to it. If I needed this type of work done again they would absolutely be the people I call. Very quick, clean, well priced, professional, and even fixed some things the other insulators broke in my house without fixing. They worked quickly and took care of my home. "The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.
