"The young man who cleaned the vents and the HVAC filters in the attic was professional and timely. I'm not an expert in grading this service, but I presume he was thorough. The service took about 2 hours. I gave them a B for only two reasons: they rescheduled several times, and he tried to sell me a $350 seal/sanitize package, which I declined. I do plan to use them for HVAC cleaning twice a year.

After spotting several leaks in my insulation, causing dust to get into our vents, they sealed them with foam, and went to great lengths to clean-up and leave the house spotless after finishing. "The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.
