"I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"

"We have used GL Hunt for foundation repair for 9 years. In 2011 we were impressed with their customer service and warranty. We referred them to just about anyone who would ask (they offered a referral fee). In 2011 they leveled the front part of our home and returned in 2013 for warranty repair on that work. In 2015 they came back and did $10,000 work in the same area. These first visits they were responsive, friendly and it seemed like good value for money. Things changed in 2018, mainly from the administrative side. It took 6 months to schedule an appointment and they have a partnership with a plumbing company and require their plumbers to come and inspect before they come for a service call. The warranty is now nonexistent (GL Hunts warranty made them a good value, they are much more expensive than the competition) and they do not return phone calls. And now they used Subs rather than doing their own work. We are bringing them out one more time (October 2020) but I think it will be the last time. After $50,000 spent in the last 9 years, you would expect better service. I was a fan, but not so much anymore"

"Cory Foster, owner H2O Drainage Solutions installed a French Drainage system in my backyard to help mitigate excess water runoff from adjacent yards. The system was installled August 2024. Not exactly the best season to determine if the drainage system would properly move water out of my yard and drain to the curb. Through the late fall and winter, typical months of steady rain, I was able to get a good feel for how well the drainage system worked. I called Cory this February, six months after installation, to ask if he could come by to offer his professional input to achieve best outcome. Cory answered my email within hours and after I spoke to him by phone was onsite within 24 hours. My opinion is that was great customer service. He actually rebar and concrete my limestone bricks around my house and cleaned all the beds out, actually added mortar to my bricks and made a beautiful flower bed all the way around my house and he actually put water drain pipes in between some bricks so Water doesn?t pile up in my beds. This guy is awesome. Totally recommend."
