Through the late fall and winter, typical months of steady rain, I was able to get a good feel for how well the drainage system worked. I called Cory this February, six months after installation, to ask if he could come by to offer his professional input to achieve best outcome. Cory answered my email within hours and after I spoke to him by phone was onsite within 24 hours. My opinion is that was great customer service.
