"The plumbing technician, Tyler Herriage, was able to arrive very quickly, inspect the damaged tile, bathroom faucets and pipes, water heater, and water meter, and determine that the water damage was not due to a leak this time. "It went really well. I appreciated the open and honest conversation. The company presented several solutions in addition to discusssing the pros and cons with me about each. In the end with their help because of their honesty we decided to peruse the landscape regrade option which meant that they would not get a French drain job. I have come across few companies who will do what is right and in the best interest of a client at the expense of their own business but they did and it was a refreshing experience."
