NO, terrible job

Cory Foster, owner H2O Drainage Solutions installed a French Drainage system in my backyard to help mitigate excess water runoff from adjacent yards. The system was installled August 2024. Not exactly the best season to determine if the drainage system would properly move water out of my yard and drain to the curb. Through the late fall and winter, typical months of steady rain, I was able to get a good feel for how well the drainage system worked. I called Cory this February, six months after installation, to ask if he could come by to offer his professional input to achieve best outcome. Cory answered my email within hours and after I spoke to him by phone was onsite within 24 hours. My opinion is that was great customer service. Cory offered some modest dirt work that I can handle on my own that will improve water runoff and drainage. I fully support and recommend H2O Drainage Solutions. Kirk G. Van Alstyne, TX

Installed a drainage system to deal with surface water issue. The day after completion we had torrential rain for 24 hours and it drained away completely. Installation was completed in 2 days with little disruption. I'm very happy with the service the team provided.

They did a wonderful job with our drainage issue. This looks like it will solve the problem of standing water. I anticipate great news with the next big rain.

Corey and his helper did a fine job getting our French drain in although they only had a short window to do between rain showers. I am pleased with how it works. I highly recommend them.

HIRED TO ADD DRAINS FOR OUR NEW POOL AND MINOR GRATING WITH SOME SOD. TALKED ME INTO LETTING THEM DO THE SOD, THAT WAS FINE, DID NOT ADD ANY DRAINS TO MY POOL, WHICH WAS THE MAIN REASON I HIRED HIM. HE CAME BACK OUT AND DUG A DRAIN ON ONE SIDE OF MY POOL AND TORE UP THE EXPENSIVE SOD HE JUS INSTALLED. MADE A GIANT MUD HOLE RIGHT OFF MY CONCRETE. "STILL" DID NOT ADD A POOL DRAIN TO THE OTHER SIDE LIKE I ASKED HIM TO DO. I DUG IT OUT AND FINISHED IT, WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT TO SART WITH. HE WON'T ASK YOU QUESTIONS AND WILL JUST TAKE OFF WHEN HE THINKS HE'S DONE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
