More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. He also suggested replacing the border with one that looked more natural and allowed better movement when the roots around the tree shifted. He was the most reasonable in price also. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Both flower beds look great and the stone border is very nice. I would totally use Landscape Innovations again.
