We've had this company remodel our two bathrooms and if there was a third bathroom, I'd ask them to remodel that one too. Their salesman, Josh, was very responsive to our needs or questions. Their team were extremely professional. The quality of their work is excellent. Dandy Cronce worked on both bathrooms. He did a wonderful job of installation and kept us informed of each step in the process. I recommend this company to anyone needing bathroom remodeling.

New Bath Technolgies was so professional and accommodating. The work Chris completed in improving my shower and walks next to it was amazing. It looks so great now and works so well. The owner was very gracious and kind too. Both were very knowledgeable of the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Josh Nye of New Bath. He made the whole process very painless. I consulted with 5 different companies and circled back to Josh because of his personality. He is not push at all and answers all your questions without misleading you. Everything he promised was done. The workmanship and the workers that came to work at our home were all excellent. Did excellent work, we converted a jack & jill bath tub to a walk in shower and the finished product is lovely! Highly recommend New Bath and if you can, ask for Josh. He is execllent.

All of the people at New Bath Technology were profesional, knowledgable and courteous.

New Bath Technologies did a great job remodeling our primary bathroom. We had everything replaced except the flooring. This was our first remodeling project and they did a great job helping us make all the design decisions at the beginning of the project. The guys that actually did the work checked in with us every day to let us know what was happening. There was one small problem with the shower door but they took care of it and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. All during the process, they were very quick to respond to every text message we sent. Highly recommend!

Dale and Lance were the ones who did the remodel and they did an awesome job. They worked well together. They also did some changes on our shower, took out a bench, replaced some rotten word from a leak, And totally re-tiled it. It is beautiful and I love it. Mary was very nice to work with also.

The quality of work that they did and the responsiveness of the project manager was disappointing. I will not use or recommend this company for any other project.

We had a tub removed and shower installed in its place, along with a new countertop and toilets installed. Mary was extremely low pressure when she came to bid the job out. She gave us options but never tried to upsell us on any additions or features. The work crew was amazing. Their work and attention to detail was fantastic. More impressive was their politeness and concerted effort to keep the dust and debris contained to the bathroom. Which they did a great job at because cleaning afterward was really minimal for a project that size. We will definitely be hiring them again for our Master Bath.

Highly recommend this business for what we had done (complete shower stall replacement). The job took about a week (excluding glass installation), and the final result is exactly what we wanted. And the two man crew doing the work cleaned up meticulously after. Absolutely would hire them again.

Josh was our sales rep. He is super friendly and fantastic to work with. He answered all of our emails/calls very quickly. We were drawn to New Bath Technologies because of the Onyx shower products they are trained to install. We love the onyx base and we ARE SO GLAD we didn't use tile & grout on the shower floor. We did a complete remodel of our master and New Bath did all the work on the shower and bathtub side of our bathroom. Our installer was Dandy and he is everything you want in a handyman. He was thoughtful, he communicated every detail to us, he asked for input when it came to design aspects, he works efficiently and he does great finish work. We feel confident in his plumbing work and we know that New Bath would take care of us if anything went wrong, but we don't expect any problems. We have been using the shower for a few months now and it's just perfect. We love the size, the shower heads (Faucets showroom was were we purchased shower fixtures), the glass walls and door are high quality. We are just over the moon with it. We highly recommend New Bath Technologies.

We had Onyx installed in a guest house bath, the workmen were very polite, did an extraordinary job!they cleaned up any mess they made, even put a door I had removed back where it was removed.

They were very professional and friendly. They did excellent work and our new shower looks awesome!
