He concluded that the installation of 9 steel pilings was needed and recommended a couple of contractors, including Accurate Foundation Repair. I contacted AGR through Angie's List and they called back the next day to schedule an appointment at my home. After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. All went great."

After signing contract, they either never responded to calls or emails, or waited to respond after several attempts for response. Nobody followed up to see if work was done, etc. However, the crew who did the work was professional and pleasant to speak with. Jose is a good supervisor and customer contact on the job.
