"I had a breach in my main drain. I spoke with Kari on the phone and we discussed my options since I knew I needed a repair. Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. "I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"

"Ricki responded quickly, with a phone call and a text message on Saturday morning, to my request to replace my tub/shower drain spout. He came out Sunday and there was no extra overtime charge for this. As a matter of fact, his price was lower then the other bids which I received and his work was great! I had a nose threaded connection pipe and he changed this pipe to work with the drain spout which I had purchased. Everything is great and I am glad that I found Doss Plumbing Co!"

"I had prerviously written to you giving this company a bad grade because they never returned our calls after coming out and giving us an estimate (which we accepted) .for work to stop our garage from flooding when heavy rain occurred... About a week after my review  Vincente  Neavez contacted my husband with an apology. He stated our paperwork had been misfiled and asked if we would consider letting him come to our home and give us another estimate if the company did it for half the original price. We accepted and he came out and did a thorough inspection and explained all the work to be done. It was to take one day. The men arrived on April 27 and were unable to complete the job because they discovered additional work that had to be done. My husband agreed and the men returned the following day. After completion Vincente and another boss came out to inspect the work and said it was unsatisfactory and they would have to redo it the following day. The next day the job was completely redone, thoroughly cleaned up. They even did some shoring up of our neighbors tool shed and storage box.  --we have a zero lot line situation on that side of the house.. The work was beautiful and they did another inspection before asking us to approve the job. It finally rained hard yesterday and, praise God, our garage remained dry !  The drains operated perfectly. With great pleasure I rescind the previously review and highly recommend this company
