We are a General Contractor specializing in a full range renovations for the residential customer. Our residential business include room additions, baths, kitchen remodeling, general carpentry, painting, siding replacement, etc. We also are specialist in fire and water restoration. Some of our commercial/industrial specialties include retail build out, office spaces, carpentry, painting, fire and water restoration. We also renovate multifamily property renovations. I would like to thank Hiam and his company for the renovation work carried out on our home which was severely damaged due to a flooding. I recently did a complete renovation of the bathroom/dressing room in my condo with GH Construction Services and cannot recommend them highly enough. I had been dreading the process of working with a contractor, but Haim made it all seamless and eased all my concerns. He came out several times in advance to ensure the quote and scope of work were correct, making sure that all needs were covered and making a number of very helpful suggestions. Once the project started he made sure everything was sequenced properly to ensure the work was completed within a very reasonable timeframe. The work itself was top-notch, and Haim kept me informed at all turns about progress and the few minor glitches. I am thrilled with the end product and plan to go to GH Construction again for further home renovation projects.

GH Construction Services were fantastic throughout the entire quote process. He came out to the home to do several formal estimates and suggest things that we had not thought of and guide us on what would and would not add value to the home. I had already received quotes for a lot of the things I wanted to be done from individual trades and GH Construction Services was absolutely competitive or better. They also had the resources to complete our job faster than other companies which was a plus. In the future, we will be going back to GH Construction when we purchase our next home.

Haim Gamaliel with G&H Construction was great to work with on the complete remodeling of my boyhood home in Dallas. Haim and his crew exceeded expectations, stayed within budget, and got the job finished fast. After a broken water heater flooded half our house, we needed new floors and the walls, which had been “flood cut” two-feet up all around had to be repaired, replastered and repainted. Haim was very helpful, explaining the process and various options. He gave me good advice on why things we could do to make improvements without braking the bank. I also really appreciated how he found a way to fix the problem that had led to the flooding in the first place - devising a way to add a drain pipe where there was no obvious exit. His whole crew was hard working, dependable and great at their jobs. There was one section of drywall that was really difficult to patch as it received a lot of natural light and was right under a bright ceiling light, which tends to expose even the smallest flaw. Haim’s drywall expert worked on it over and over until it wasn’t noticeable at all. All in all, they went above and beyond painting several additional walls and doors for me just to make sure it all came together perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, in line with other quotes I received and in some cases less. I highly recommend GH. Give ‘me a call!

Both Chaim and Tom were great, offering great advise and communication. Easily reachable. The longest time was to get the city to do the permits. After that the phases were done very quickly, professionally and one phase after another. The gas reroute was the major problem encountered. They handled all of the process with the City Inspections, Architecture drawings etc. Workers were skilled in their jobs and was always at ease with the project. A job well done.

We suffered damage due to hail from a storm in 2016. We had a company come out and tell us we had no damage. Then we were contacted by G.H. and they offered us a free assessment to see if there was damage. We had them out and sure enough we did have damage. They met the insurance adjuster when he came out and got us the money to replace the roof. The work was done in a short period of time and we could not be more pleased.

We love in Plano and had (3) interior doors that needed replacing due to incidents with children over the years. We also needed a new front door.
GH came out and replaced the interior doors and installed a new front door. The process went smoothly. They arrived on time, did their work and cleaned up before they left.
