"It went great, they couldn't have been nicer, they actually got under the house to make sure we didn't have any additional plumbing issues, and gave detailed estimate for what needed to be done. He said to give a call when ready to be fixed, he was priced reasonably."

"I heard this pro for a septic inspection when buying a house. He did a great job. He arrived on time which is unusual for most contractors. He quickly found the septic tank and was able to test and evaluate within an hour. He wrote us a report gave us feedback and explained everything. Very friendly, easy to work with and thorough. "I had to pay an $85 service call fee (on top of monthly Choice Home Warranty subscription) to have a guy literally look at the outside of the tank and tell me it was just the burner."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
