"I heard this pro for a septic inspection when buying a house. He did a great job. He arrived on time which is unusual for most contractors. He quickly found the septic tank and was able to test and evaluate within an hour. He wrote us a report gave us feedback and explained everything. Very friendly, easy to work with and thorough. "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."
