After 3 business days I still hadn't heard anything and called the company. They promptly got back to me and we figured a day out to make it happen. There seemed to be some confusion between Angies List communicating to them. I would advise future prospects to call the company after purchasing a big deal to confirm everything and avoid confusion. Beyond that the service and quality met/exceeded my expectations. Will use them again in the future.
