"Although it was a Sunday, Aire Serv just charges their regular assessment fee (no extra after hours fees applied). Aire Serv was able to get a technician out the same day AND fix my AC unit issue (already had the replacement part on hand - talk about being prepared)! Aire Serv also has this great courtesy service where they send a picture of your technician (for safety purposes), so you’ll know who to expect at your home.
