Called him and discuss to him what he need to do, on the phone he said that he can do it. he came an hour after our call. Then he look at the electric system and said that he cannot do it. Then asked me to pay him $100 for the trip.

I had several outlets that stopped working. I called Conway because I had a maintenance agreement with them. They gave me an appointment 9 days out. I called Tommy Electric and Tommy came out the next day, quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. Tommy was punctual, knowledgeable, personable and very fair. I was so impressed with his service I had him install four outdoor lights and one indoor light at my house. I am also going to have him install two more outdoor lights and replace my two outdoor electrical outlets. I highly recommend Tommy without hesitation. You will be very satisfied with his service and his work ethic.

Tommy helped correct a double lug issue I had going on. He also changed out my dryer plug for me when my plug prongs didn’t match the outlet in my new home. We also called him when we had issues with some of the lights in our home and he helped us to determine that it was likely an MLGW issue. He could’ve easily made up a reason to take our money but he didn’t. He’s HONEST and super funny. We will continue to use Tommy for all of our electrical needs!!
