"We wanted an outdoor area that we could retreat to during all four seasons. Jason and his crew built a phenomenal gazebo, complete with windows, screens, beautiful floors, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. He also installed electrical outlets and ran a cable line so we could watch TV. The result was a phenomenal little building that makes us feel like we're up in a tree house. A job well done."

"Mr Miller was very professional, even was respectful putting boot/covers on before entering our home. He has done a lot of electrical work for new outlets and wiring for hot tub and installing ceiling fans throughout my home. Not only did I enjoy his work, but his prices were great. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of, like other contractors hired in the past. I would highly recommend Mr Miller for future projects!"

Small jobs welcome

"Jason worked extremely hard to remove the old paint on our back patio. It was very resistant to both the stripper chemicals used and the power washing efforts. The pointing of the brick on the front patio came out well."

"Chris was very professional he did many projects for us, painted a shed leveled some land, dug up some Earth, moved a lots of rock and removed mulch. He did whatever we needed him to do and even gave us good suggestions , that were better than we planned. He was very hardworking and had a very pleasant attitude. We were always very pleased with his work and he always kept things very clean. We are hoping to get him to do other projects in the future!"

"I highly recommend Scott. He responded to our inquiry, came to the house to give a proper quote AND was on time. Scott did a wonderful job shaping about 10 or so shrubs and cleaned up afterwards. We plan to use Scott in the future for other projects."

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

Hire properly licensed contractors who understand the unique coastal SC climate. Your professional must know how to handle salt air corrosion on framing materials and manage occasional winter freezes. Ask about their hurricane preparedness protocols for structures. A qualified professional performing greenhouse and nursery service will also understand local water quality issues and hold all required state certifications for applying commercial treatments or handling live plants.

Helpful?

Evaluate your property for adequate sunlight, ensuring mature oak trees do not block south-facing exposure. Check local flood maps, as properties with high water tables require raised beds rather than in-ground planting. Homes near the Myrtle Beach coastline face intense salt spray, requiring corrosion-resistant framing materials. Confirm your lot size meets local zoning restrictions before planning any permanent structures for greenhouse and nursery service.

Helpful?

Address minor issues safely by opening vents to reduce humidity and rinsing salt spray off plants with fresh water. Adjust your irrigation frequency if plants look yellow in sandy Myrtle Beach soil. You should also clear out pine straw from drainage channels and replace torn greenhouse film. Take photos of common pests like whiteflies or flag fire ant nests before scheduling greenhouse and nursery service.

Helpful?

Combine greenhouse and nursery service with irrigation system upgrades to combat summer drought stress efficiently. Contractors trench and route water lines simultaneously, saving you time. Address yard drainage improvements, like adding French drains, to manage the high water table in Myrtle Beach. Avoid scheduling major construction alongside roofing upgrades during peak hurricane season, as severe weather disrupts material deliveries and creates significant site hazards.

Helpful?

Contact your local permitting office and homeowners association early to secure necessary approvals. Request a professional soil test to identify nutrient deficiencies in South Carolina sand. Call the state utility locator before digging to avoid striking underground gas or irrigation lines. Schedule your greenhouse and nursery service for the fall or early spring to bypass the severe winds and heavy rains of hurricane season.
