Back in Colorado, I managed all the maintenance needs on $13 million in investment, as well as working on residential and small businesses. I have worked with relators on pre-sale and post-sale maintenance needs. Performed small to mid-size projects, conducted home inspection mitigation, have studied home inspection, and am working on getting my NC home inspection certification. I moved to Wilmington, NC, at the End of 2023 with my dog Matteo to be closer to the water for and to enjoy a more comfortable winter. He performed the fix on attaching the loose siding piece and repainted it. He replaced the screen and we took pictures. We even visited an under construction house to see base wall material. "
