Jeff from JEM Electric was phenomenal. Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He did design lighting in my basement. He listened to what I wanted, explained the process, and delivered on an excellent job. On a bonus, he suggested these awesome lights the are motion activated for the other side of my basement and I absolutely love them. He knew exactly what I needed. Can’t say enough amazing things about Jeff:)!!

JEM has done everything from installing our ring system to redoing our light in our kitchen and installed ceiling fans in all of our bedrooms since we had no current ceiling lighting. I was comfortable enough to give Jeff the code to our home so he could do the work we needed him to do while we were at work. Jeff has extensive electrical/mechanical/plumbing and property maintenance experience. He’s done work on my properties for approx 14 years while living in PA. Scope of work: electrical box updates/house rewiring, maintenance and cleaning heating systems, mounting outdoor motion lights, replacing toilets as well as just the parts as necessary, has installed dishwashers, vanities with sinks, kitchen sinks including the faucets and plumbing hook-up. He’s replaced things as minor as doorbells, downspouts, leaky faucets, toilet/shower/sink clogs. Sump pump issues. Door hardware change. Installation of window blinds. Indoor/outdoor lighting fixtures and upgrades. He discusses options and price comparisons. Jeff’s always on the up and up of the latest Bluetooth/lighting/thermostat WiFi/smartphone technology capabilities on the market. He does everything.

JEM Electric is fantastic and knowledgeable. He added to my electrical panel and hooked up my EV charger in my garage with a new outlet. He also worked on my hot water system. I would highly recommend.

I recently had Jeff from JEM Electric LLC come in to install some motion sensor closet lights, a hallway light, a light over the shower (we can finally see now), and moved/centered a hanging light fixture.
