The second condo was an extensive complete remodel) I have worked with many contractors from remodels to complete custom home builds - Top Home Construction has been one of my very favorites bc of their ability and willingness to stay working on the job (not continually putting me on the back burner), and their level of communication. We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. They were very creative in bathroom remodel and made it better than my previous plans. I would absolutely hire them again, and I'll use them when I need them in the future. I've already recommended them to our realtor."

"I hired Knight?s Remodeling. The job was a rebuild of the bird boxing w/cosmetic upgrade to my wood workshop/carport-recreational building. Darryl came prior to doing the work to get measurements and assessment for materials needed to do the job. Darry & his son Matt came back a weeks later to start. Not only were they both very efficient, in working together, the job was completed in one day! Not only were very organized in they were doing, but very timely. My building looks wonderful & very much appreciated. Darryl showed his expertise, in well looking cosmetic finish! They cleaned everything up! "I had a great experience with this team. They were very professional, courteous, and conscientious while working in my home. The plan for remodeling was established and if challenges arose a solution was presented taking budgeting into account. The team was always on time and finished the job in a reasonable time frame. Invoicing/billing was provided and was clear and concise. Communication with the contractor was never an issue. He made himself available anytime if I had questions. "We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. Each and every one were pleasant, easy to work with and we even had fun while these projects were in works. The beauty and appearance of our home now is remarkable. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. PBR made our dreams come true this year and this contractor can do the same for anyone! Kudos to Steven Thornley, Earl Mason and all the folks tied to PBR. We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and we are assured that any / all work done is outstanding and they stand by it all.
