"Your welcome John looking forward to steaks on the grill and a round of golf !! You guys were awesome to work for, and we enjoyed bringing your vision to life."
"Well Judy since we are on the subject of honesty let?s review the facts . The paint used was exactly as stated in the estimate Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 Low Sheen . The two cans we left were 400 and I explained that on that particular day we went to get paint the store was out of the base needed to mix your color in 200 I made the decision to buy two gallons of the 400 to keep the job progressing which was only used in a closet and laundry area not throughout the whole house as you claim. We also did come back at least three times to correct the base which in the end still was not up to your standards so to say we never came back is a falcisity .When your husband discussed with me the two items that needed to be addressed out of the 40 or so items that we did that people still comment on and ohhh and ahhhh over including yourself as evident on your social media , I never told him we would not come back. What was told to him was I will come back but I need 30 to 45 days to get back there due to the workload we have and since it was minor tile and minor paint and not an emergency did not seem like much to ask . When your husband wanted it done faster I then said to him to expedite the process I would be willing to pay 100% of the cost for a tile installer and painter to come in and help speed the process up . He agreed to that and I promptly put a check in the mail the very next day no questions asked for the amount your husband told me.For the next 3 weeks never heard a peep from y?all until your painter dropped out then I receive a call from your husband cussing me and speaking in a tone to me that was disrespectful. At that point I did talk to my business attorney who advised me to refund the money for wall paint 100% because of the work environment your husband had now created. The very next day I put a check in the mail for the balance. In the end you were refunded 100% for the cost of the wall paint portion of the job and an additional 400.00 above the cost I charged you for installing shower base.so for you to claim little compensation is just a pure lie. Never not once did I disrespect or talk down or ill to you or your husband simply put I was only showing my current clients the same respect we shown you in regards to not pulling off a job much like when we worked your job we did not leave your job to work on another job. I am sorry that in the end you were not happy but to write such a misleading review that is as my attorney stated a textbook example of defamation of character is well ...... Shame on me shame on you!!"
"thanks so much Buddy for the comment it means an awful lot and look forward to working with you again in the future!!"
