"Walter’s Home Improvement responded to my request very quickly. There was a hiccup with the current job he was on so my job was delayed slightly which was not a problem for me. I appreciate d that he was upfront about the scheduling delay and that Lee with Walter’s Home Improvement communicated frequently to keep me posted as to when I could expect my job to be completed. I appreciated that and when the job was complete, I live out of his service area he made sure to send pictures of the work."

He did whatever we needed him to do and even gave us good suggestions , that were better than we planned. He was very hardworking and had a very pleasant attitude. We were always very pleased with his work and he always kept things very clean. We are hoping to get him to do other projects in the future!"

"What a pleasant and knowledgable human. Mark took the time to explain the steps of each process prior to sending a quote. The quote was fair and the work was done well and efficient. Mark laid tarps down to protect the area and cleaned up so I couldn’t tell he was even there all day. An honest days work for an honest days pay. He did some electrical, some plumbing and some repair work. All tasks performed with obvious experience and professionalism. I WILL use Mark for any project moving forward and strongly recommend him for any project !"
