Working with Mike (Bark & Build) on our full house remodel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Mike handled all the permitting and kept us safe by never compromising on his crew's work. What truly sets him apart is his trustworthiness - he never tried to upsell us and always acted as a rational sounding board, prioritizing what was right for our family over his own profit. This level of honesty is rare. We were so impressed with the quality and transparency that we've already hired him for our ADU project and have referred him to several family members.

The process and payment schedule was well documented, smooth and on time. They incorporated extra change order request we had at a fair price. Work done was of great quality and any issues we faced were immediately addressed. Will definitely consider for future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bark and Build Builders, specifically under the guidance of Mike Romi, for a remodel of our bathtub into a shower, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed by Mike’s subcontractors were exceptional. One aspect that stood out was their approach planning for the installation of a heavy glass shower door. (Bark and Builders did not install the door but planned for its installation.) They took the time to install support boards behind the tile early in the process while the studs were exposed, demonstrating their deep understanding of the project—this gave me great confidence in their expertise. Mike, as the project manager, ensured that communication was seamless throughout the entire remodeling process. He kept me well-informed of each step, managed all transactions for permits and inspections, and was always quick to respond to any questions

We recently had our house remodeled by Bark and Build. The work included kitchen, interior painting and refinishing the hardwood floor. When we first met Mike, we knew we are in good hands. He listened carefully of what we wanted, attended to all the details before he provided us with a fair estimate. Mike cares about our house. He suggested us to complete the re-wiring of the electrical which was not in our plan but was much needed. We had a very good experience during the entire project. Mike and Miki’s dedication to make their customers happy was incredible. Unforeseen issues happened and they were quick to resolve them. The results of the work met our expectation. Great business! I called these guys because I needed a drastic makeover. They were very polite and patient with me as I went on about how I wanted my bathroom remodeled !They made my vision come to life I love my new bathroom! We hired Bark and Build for a complete renovation of our 1980s home, and the change is jaw-dropping. They reworked the kitchen layout, added a large island, fully remodeled both bathrooms, and replaced all the old carpet with hardwood. The team worked closely with us through every design choice, offering suggestions we hadn?t even thought of. It?s amazing to walk through our house now and feel proud of every space.

We had our bathroom remodeled and also had some electrical and framing work done by Bark&Build. Miki was the project manager, and overall, the experience was solid. He stayed on top of things, kept us updated, and made sure the work moved forward without too many delays. The bathroom looks really good, There were a few small things here and there during the project, like with most remodels, but Miki was quick to respond and took care of them.

We just completed a full first floor remodel with Bark & Build Builders and we couldn’t be any happier. Our project manager was super nice and fantastic at helping me pick out and design everything for the project. Just make sure you communicate exactly what you want and they will do everything to make you satisfied. I thought the installers were absolutely outstanding as they busted their butts to get this thing done in just a few days. I used my gut when hiring this company and I am thankful for that!

I hired the company to build for me a new composite deck, they been great during the entire process- kept me posted with the progress and always asked me questions when they had few options of installation that I can choose from. Great reliable company and people- will definitely use them again

Mike from bark and build made my kitchen look absolutely amazing .They handle everything from A-Z . First we make a design that match our needs and from there they took care for the permits and the inspections. The worker are really nice and helpful. I had a stone slab installed with a partial kitchen remodel from Bark and Build. Mike was an amazing project manager that we initially just hired for countertops but he maximized the work for our budget and got amazing results for us!
