"They are meticulous, but this takes a lot of time (and, therefore, quite a bit of money). Our upstairs is cleaner than it has ever been, they cleaned our windows, they even cleaned the tops of our fans, but they did not have time to do our kitchen or our bedroom. We have, however, talked to them about our priorities, and they seem responsive, which is great.
