"Andressa is very personable and professional in doing her job. She responds promptly to phone calls and texts messages. The house was cleaned to perfection after major renovations. She also does windows and did a great job cleaning them. The windows were replacement new windows with stickers and lots of dirt. We are happy to give her an excellent review. Andressa work is very reasonably priced. We plan to use her services in the future."

"I could not recommend crystal clear pro cleaners enough. I called on a Monday and the team was there bright and early Tuesday morning to service my windows and gutters . In my twenty years of living in Charleston there hasn’t been another company I’ve hired that has compared to crystal clear. The team did excellent work and was timely and professional"

"I had my house power washed on June 14.2013  by Carolina-Clean. After seeing the good reviews here on Angie?s List, I hired them over the phone without getting a bid (my bad).  They did a good job except for a few places where there were streaks on the siding.  I called them back and they corrected the problems.  My issue was the cost - for a 1,500 sq ft house and a one-car garage I was charged 325. The driveway which is 19ft long was $125 of that cost.  If I had done the driveway myself, it would have taken me about 10 minutes. That's a fine rate they get.  New to the area and having never even seen plastic siding, the process and its cost was something I knew nothing about. The total was $495! (This included cleaning windows inside and out) And I?m supposed to do this twice a year?!  As it happened, a few months later a neighbor across the street was having her house washed by another company. I asked the company owner what he was charging - $150 for the house, garage, driveway and the sidewalk in front of the house!  Then I began asking around to other neighbors - I heard various prices - $90 on the low end and up to the $150 I had been quoted.  I emailed Justin Alvarez, the owner asking him to explain the high price.  Never heard back from him.  Gouging??  I think so.

"Chris was responsive to emails, and I had him detail my car as well as a Jeep I was getting ready to sell. Everyone who looked at the Jeep commented on how clean it was. I kept it relatively clean myself, but the compliments, particularly about how clean the engine compartment was, were due to Chris and his team."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, pros are equipped to clean various glass types, including stained glass and skylights.

The best homemade cleaning solution for windows is one gallon of warm, distilled or bottled water mixed with five to ten drops of liquid dish soap. This is what professional window cleaners typically use when they make their cleaning solutions. Using bottled or distilled water will help avoid hard water stains after cleaning, and the soap will cut through grease, smudges, and debris on your glass.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.

Clean high-traffic areas such as kitchen surfaces, bathroom surfaces, and bedding once per week. Deep clean other areas every three months to a year. How you use a space can help you figure out how often it should be cleaned, with areas where eating, bathing, and food prep occur getting the most frequent attention.

To ensure the longevity and smooth functioning of new windows, regular maintenance is essential. This includes cleaning the glass and frames, inspecting seals for leaks or damage, and reapplying caulking as needed. It is also important to lubricate all moving parts and operating mechanisms to ensure they continue to operate smoothly.
